Product Description

1950’s Ladies Vintage Mexican Tourist Jacket in Red, fantastic jacket, the embroidery is stunning, long sleeved, on the front it has a embroidered woman and man with cactus around them, and  then on the two lower pockets it has sombreros and pots, same on both pockets, at the end of the sleeves there is pretty little houses with trees, and then on the back is a stunning piece with a Mexican man working with agave, there is a donkey, cactus, house and a church, the jacket is a bright red with blue & white stitching on all of the edges including the pockets, also has embroidery on the edges of the collar both sides, amazing condition for the age, does have quite a lot of the edging missing off the cuffs, also a little bit missing off of the pockets and a little bit down the front section (see photos), has one small moth hole on the right rear and one on the inside right arm (see photos) and a slight stain above pocket on the left (see photos), but the embroidery is amazing, does have original label but has faded and cannot read it, measures 38″ bust x 24″ length, roughly as obviously it doesn’t do up, more like a cardigan
