1960’s/1970’s Stunning Vintage Welsh Wool Cape – Mustard Pattern, Welsh Woollens

1960’s/1970’s Stunning Vintage Welsh Wool Cape – Mustard pattern, tapestry cape in mustard with a great pattern in white & brown with matching belt, side of neckline buttons up with four gorgeous brown buttons and a small hidden popper fastener to the collar, the cape has handy pockets on the front below the waist, black silky lining, and also a spare button attached to the label, Welsh Woollens label, label reads (very sweetly!): “This garment was carefully made by a Welsh girl from cloth woven in a traditional Welsh Woollen mill. Modern techniques added to centuries of craftmanship produced this fashionable garment. May we wish you joy and health wearing it”. Beautiful design, so effortlessly stylish, no size label but measures 30″ long. approx 50″ around the front/bust, 18″ from shoulder to shoulder, probably a medium/large but hard to say with this type of cape, mint condition, doesn’t look like it has ever been worn.
