Vintage Black Tray

Vintage Black Tray, black plastic base with chrome surround, and 4 rubber feet underneath, looks like 1940’s – 1950’s but not sure, and looks like a dressing table style tray, good condition but does have a few problems, one bracket is broken on corner, and tray has a few scratches, hence price, size 14″ L x 12″ W
